From The Founding Secretary

Black and Red

The two letters, L and X, are derived from the name Alexander (Alex/L.X.). Alexander the Great was a king of the ancient Greek kingdom of Macedon. Although he was the king of ancient Macedonia for less than 13 years, Alexander the Great changed the course of history. One of the world’s greatest military generals, he created a vast empire that stretched from Macedonia to Egypt and from Greece to part of India. He was undefeated in battle and is widely considered to be one of history's greatest and most successful military commanders. His determination, courage, charisma, and ambition in nature inspired thousands of scholars, teachers, and students of today. At the outset, with full inspiration from King Alexander, L.X. Kids Foundation School is built with the motive to cultivate determination, courage, love, and ambition in life. Promoting love to the poor, helping the helpless, and giving hope to the hopeless kids is also one of our visions of the school. Our Motto: “Initium sapientiae timor Domini” is derived from Latin words, which means “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.” This speaks volumes of what is required by everyone in LKF. He who fears the Lord, God promised to bestow his heavenly wisdom. So, LKF kids are encouraged to read the holy scriptures and pray every day in and outside the school premises to receive heavenly wisdom and earthly knowledge.
