EXAMINATION AND PROMOTION


1. There will be four major examinations, such as the first quarterly, Half-yearly, second quarterly, and the final examination with four monthly tests. The progress card will be regularly sent to the parents, who are to acknowledge it.
2. A student who has not got at least 90% attendance will not be allowed to sit for the promotion exam except in case of Sickness.
3. The final examination, which will be held in December, will be considered as the promotion examination. But marks obtained in the monthly test, and the terminal examination will be taken into consideration for promotion.
4. Students who are absent from the terminal examination will be considered a failed.
5. Students who fail in any one of the major subjects or in two minor subjects will be considered to have failed.
6. The result declared after the final examinations is final and cannot be reconsidered.
7. Students found with books, notes, copying, or using unfair means at the time of examination will forfeit their exam and will be considered a failure, and the student may incur expulsion from the school.
8. No students will be allowed to sit for the examination without an admit card. Admit cards are to be issued before each terminal. examination on the clearance of fees up to the current month. No Admit cards will be issued on exam days.
9. A Transfer Certificate (TC) will only be issued on a fixed date (which will be informed from time to time. Parents and students are advised to take heed of this information. No TC will be issued on another day.
